Our gourmet chicken patties are made from all natural local chicken thigh meat. We take our boneless skinless thigh meat and mix it with local produce, and organic seasonings. The seasoned meat is then ground and hand formed into quarter pound patties.

You can buy our chicken patties at our processing plant on our farm, or at Farmers Markets in Shaker Square, Crocker Park, or Chagrin Falls Ohio.
